We joke about Mary being our famous, rock star team member who's known wherever she goes– but it's true. There are very few places within healthcare where somebody doesn't know or know of Mary. She has more than 25 years of clinical nursing experience, along with a list of educational honors to support her expertise – most recently finishing her Master's Degree in Nursing.
Mary will be your go-to for all things healthcare and integration-related. She's hands-down one of the most seasoned implementers of RTLS and EV technologies in the United States, having personally managed more than 150 implementations and projects. She's helped guide the integration of various technologies of nurse call, wander management, bed monitoring, and staff duress systems, with an outcome of making these operations more efficient and giving caregiver time back to patients.
Her career also includes an impressive list of honors and additional experiences, such as serving as President of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), guest lecturing across the country, testifying for Congress, and publishing numerous industry articles. Plus, Mary is formally certified on LEAN for Healthcare. There's nothing like this killer combination of experience and expertise to have on your team, and to help figure out where manual processes are slowing down the delivery of care.
Mary is all about passion. As a nurse and past manager, her staff and patients always knew she had their best interests and care at heart. While she's made the switch to the technology side of healthcare, we still catch Mary talking about her patients; now that often means a large healthcare system that is counting on her to lead their charge into the use of enterprise visibility.
When Mary isn't traveling for business, she seems to be traveling to visit her kids, grandkids, and friends who are spread across the country. She loves the adventure, and is someone everyone always knows they can count on.
