Sales Executive

Infinite Leap has an opportunity for a talented ​Sales Executive​​ to join our Sales and Marketing Team. This is a fast-paced and challenging environment with excellent growth opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Research new accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Execute on current sales strategies
  • Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage potential customers
  • Manage enterprise solution sales
  • Communicate with customers on new products and service offerings
  • Conduct contract negotiations
  • Provide value added market research
  • Meet and exceed targets for monthly and quarterly forecast
  • Prepare customized sales quotations and proposals
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to customers in all communication and presentations
  • Qualify interested customer needs
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge
  • Manage sales opportunities and accurately report activities, status and forecast via online CRM system
  • Coordinate and manage strategic team selling process
  • Set the foundation for long term customer relationships
  • Perform effective online and in-person demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Manage sales orders
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
  • Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
  • Demonstrate how customers can capture value and envision their future with InfiniteLeap offered technologies
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue
  • Coordinate all sales activities from lead development through to contracting
  • Communicate solution needs and objectives to Infinite Leap deployment and service resources to ensure that systems are implemented to meet contracted expectations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for potential customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may include cross-training in related positions

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (an advanced degree is preferred)
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and AccountabilityAct (HIPAA) requirements
  • 8+ years relevant software sales or account management experience with a proven record of success preferred
  • Experience with executive level leadership preferred
  • Comfortable with Solution and Strategic Selling Process
  • Experience with RTLS/loT preferred
  • Experience working with CRM preferred
  • Able to effectively manage extended sales and budget cycles
  • Ability to understand the Infinite Leap product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects
  • Excellent written, telephone and in person communication skills required
  • Proficient with web presentation tools
  • Ability and willingness to conduct lead generation activities as required to build territory pipeline
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • History of success in reaching goals
  • Proven ability to self-manage in an autonomous work environment
  • Past experience in quickly analyzing and overcoming complex obstacles
  • Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching
  • Understanding of an experience with effectively working in decentralized work environment
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time as needed to accomplish territory objectives
