Inside Sales Manager

Infinite Leap has an opportunity for a talented ​Inside Sales Manager ​​to join our Sales and Marketing Team. This is a fast-paced and challenging environment with excellent growth opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Support sales team in various tasks (RFPs, Contracts, Marketing Material Distribution)
  • Manage incoming leads
  • Prospect and assist in building the sales pipeline through outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
  • Prepare sales quotes
  • Help improve existing marketing campaigns
  • Provide quality reviews of Infinite Leap Marketing & Sales content
  • Drive and qualify sales leads through the sales process
  • Work in a goal/quota based environment
  • Document and record all sales correspondence in the CRM
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs
  • Proactively manage schedule and campaigns in order to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
  • Receive incoming inquiries in professional and courteous manner
  • Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
  • Deliver a world-class customer engagement experience
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to customers in all communication and presentations
  • Help maintain customer pricing systems
  • Work with the Services Team to ensure the timely delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Infinite Leap product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may include cross-training in related positions

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (an advanced degree is preferred)
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and AccountabilityAct (HIPAA) requirements
  • 3-5 years relevant solution sales or account management experience with a proven record of success
  • 3-5 years experience in enterprise healthcare industry
  • RTLS/loT experience preferred
  • CRM documentation experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence
  • Ability to quickly identify and locate information across multiple sources
  • Proficient with web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • History of success in reaching goals
  • Proven ability to self-manage in an autonomous work environment
  • Past experience in quickly analyzing and overcoming complex obstacles
  • Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching
