Systems Administrator

Infinite Leap has an opportunity for a talented Systems Administrator to join our Support
Team. This is a fast-paced and challenging environment with excellent growth opportunities. If

effective use of real-time location systems (RTLS) technologies and data for the healthcare


  • Provision, install, and configure server hardware and software, including Linux,
    Windows, and Mac OS
  • Perform system monitoring of server resources, systems and key processes, including
    reviewing system and application logs and verifying scheduled activities
  • Provide maintenance, installation and support for production, test, and build systems
    and supporting infrastructure
  • Deploy bug fixes, patches and security updates to ensure system readiness,
    performance, resource availability, and system security
  • Gather data pertaining to client needs, and use the information to identify, predict,
    interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the managers of product development to prioritize projects to
    meet company needs
  • Handle trouble tickets related to server and system performance
  • Work with onsite resources to troubleshoot issues
  • Work with virtual servers and on premise servers
  • Provide implementation support for projects
  • Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures
  • Maintain documentation of system inventories, build baselines, problems, and outages
  • Keep abreast of changes in IT and infrastructure field
  • Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field required. Bachelor’s Degree in a
    computer-related field preferred
  • Three years of technical experience working with computer infrastructure in either
    on-premise or cloud-based administration
  • Windows server experience
  • Linux server experience (RHEL preferred) with strong command line knowledge
  • Experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet or other configuration management software
  • Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, LAN troubleshooting
  • Experience with security permission management (Windows and Linux)
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with some/all: Nginx (reverse proxy), Docker,
    PostgreSQL, Sql Server, RabbitMQ, AWS Cloud Management
  • Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching
